Josh Cellars Chardonnay

Josh Cellars Chardonnay. Founded by Joseph Carr in honor of his dad Josh Cellars. In 2007 Josh, released two classic California wines, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Chardonnay.

The first thing I love about this Chardonnay is the twist top. Now I know twist tops tend to get a bad wrap in the wine community, but I find twist tops keep the wine fresher than corked wines, and it's a lot easier to open.

The fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavors blend smoothly with the creamy butter, vanilla, and toasty flavors of barrel fermentation. This wine pairs great with shrimp, steamed mussels, creamy pasta, roasted chicken, and grilled vegetables.
